Cornwall Beekeepers Association has provided this guidance for the Association’s local beekeeping groups. It includes an ‘Action Flow Chart’ of actions after a suspected sighting by a beekeeper and advice on how to collect a specimen.

If you suspect you have seen an Asian hornet you can report this by:

​

• using the iPhone and Android app ‘Asian Hornet Watch’

• completing the Online recording form on the Great Britain Non-native Species Secretariat website

• emailing alertnonnative@ceh.ac.uk with a photo and location details
